I've never really bragged about my accomplishments as a dealership employee and I am now only to demonstrate my credibility amongst potential clients!

 

I am still the most decorated sales employee to ever work at the worlds biggest dodge ram dealership.

There were 110 salespeople at the dealership I worked at and some of them were really talented. I broke every dealership record and even the all time annual sales record by over 80 vehicles. I ended that year with 352 pre-owned vehicles sold.

 

As a sales manager, I was able to increase sales for the dealership by teaching the staff a social media strategy that helped salesmen optimize their potential. Changed our dealership from a 60 car store to a 110 per month average.

 

I later wrote their entire social media curriculum for the other branch managers to use, and to my knowledge it's still in place today!

 

After several years of seeing things from a management perspective, I realized my heart just wasn't in this anymore, this industry just wasn’t fair to the consumer.

 

I struggled with the decision to leave a great-paying job, but during the transition I found my PURPOSE.
